Protect your team’s hearing health with regular audiogram testing. Our CAOHC-certified technicians assess employees’ hearing levels, identify any changes over time, and ensure compliance with OSHA’s hearing conservation requirements.

Keep your workforce safe with essential blood testing, including lead and hazardous material screenings. Need to check immunity status? Have your employee come in for a titer lab draw.

We perform most employment-related physicals for workers, including DOT, pre-employment, Coast Guard physicals, and post-injury assessments.

Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) measure how well your lungs work by assessing airflow - our team is NIOSH-certified and uses specialized equipment to test employees that need respiratory checks.

We offer qualitative and quantitative respirator fit testing, as well as respirator health certifications. We can come onsite and perform testing for your whole team, or you can send individuals to our clinic for walk-in services.

Our team has provided mobile N95 fit testing for over 500 assisted living facilities across Washington state, ensuring caregivers are properly protected. We can also teach onsite CPR classes for those needing to update their certifications. Whatever you need, we’re here to support the caregivers who give the most!
Audiograms
Audiometric Testing
Audiometric testing assesses an individual’s hearing ability by measuring how well they respond to various sound frequencies.
If you ever had an audiogram done in grade school, you might remember donning those big headphones and raising your hand when you heard different tones. Our testing setup is very similar.
Monitoring employees’ hearing health is incredibly important, especially those working in high-noise environments like construction, manufacturing, and industrial warehouses.
OSHA mandates annual audiometric testing for employees exposed to noise levels above 85 dB (decibels) averaged over 8 hours.
With POHS, we will establish a baseline test for each employee’s initial hearing ability, and annual tests will track any changes, allowing the employer to act before hearing loss worsens.
Our POHS hearing technicians are CAOHC-certified and are required to recertify every 5 years!
Our Onsite Team can administer up to four audiogram tests at once; the test takes about 15 minutes to complete.
